Alone Together
A Pandemic Reflection
March 17, 2020. We were already self-isolating. The building where my little studio is located had changed ownership the previous day. Wifi was off. No internet company was willing to do a new installation. I was headed home with my essential work tools, ready to camp there for the duration of this period.
I stopped for a brief moment at the bog and was surprised to find these two walking and then flying "socially distanced."
We have lessons to learn from others. We have lessons to learn from this experience – individually, as a country, and as a global community. You may live on a remote island but you are not alone on this planet.
But what will we learn?
#staywell #stayhome, if you can.
If you are an essential worker: THANK YOU!

Facebook asked, "Who were you with?" I was alone and also with 7.59 billion other people.
